Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our services. Please read our refund policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of subscription activation. To be eligible, you must not have used the tools extensively (more than 5 analyses). Refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Ankkela Gaaradi administration.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if more than 3 days have passed since activation, or if the subscription has been used extensively. Partial refunds for unused remaining days of a plan are not available. Subscriptions terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us via email at ankkelagaaradi@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 83280 47589 with your registered Gmail ID, subscription plan, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
